My question to The First Sergeant:
" It's 94 degrees outside today, the humidity unbearable. You've been sick for the past two weeks, and you're wanting to mow in the midday heat?"
I wondered where he was going with the umbrella ?
First Sergeant's "Overcoming Objections" reasoning:
"I've taken care of that problem"..........
I immediately thought of the Jeff Foxworthy "Here's your sign" quote.....

A ride-on mower.... MMMMMMmmmmmmmmm. Yum yum.
What a trooper! Sick 2 weeks? Hope he is much better. He's a good egg.
Hi Jo, They say to be very careful out there in THIS heat. George mowed some today also--but did it little by little.
We had to turn on our AC up here today. We NEVER have to do that until August. But--this year is different..
Have a wonderful weekend.
Hugs,
Betsy

A man has got to do what he has got to do. Glad he is feeling better.

Oh, my! I just "discovered" you! I shall return this evening and spend time scrolling slowly through your blog. I can tell already that I will stay awhile and be back often!
My husband would love that ride on mower and in red as well! He is still a little boy really.
