Your turn is next, keep the faith !
The Redbuds in bloom
The Cherry trees are in full bloom
The Bradford Pear trees, always one of the first to bloom, and the last to lose it's leaves each Fall.
And all the season of snows and sins;
The days dividing lover and lover,
The light that loses, the night that wins;
And time remembered is grief forgotten,
And frosts are slain and flowers begotten,
And in green underwood and cover
Blossom by blossom the spring begins."

So very beautiful Jo!
The cherry trees are absolutely gorgeous. We have many Bradford pear trees up here on the Plateau, but don't see that many cherry trees.
Your cherry tree is awesome! Your pear looks a whole lot better than mine - I think mine must be ancient, it's dying, no idea what kind not Bradford.
I hope you unscathed by the storm!
I do love flowering trees... that cherry is spectacular! Larry
Very beautiful cherry tree ...

I can just smell the sweetness! Hurry spring...it's snowy here tonight...thanks for the lovely pictures.
Hi Jo, Beautiful pictures of the Bradford Pear and the Yoshino Cherry trees.... Our Red Buds are beginning to bloom --and there are pears and cherries around the Glade... Such a gorgeous time of the year. Hope the storms didn't ruin everything...
Now they are threatening us with FROST tonight... Darn!!!!
Hugs,
Betsy
Lovely photos and poem!
Alas, our nighttime temperatures for the next week will be in the 30s*F and perhaps lower. Hope our lovely blossoms survive.
Hugs!

What an education you have had! You always have the most appropriate quotes. I'm so impressed. Now to go look up Swineburn.
Oh, splendid photos, too!
Such beauty! Wish it was here!!!!
thank-you for your inspiring site. it is a lift to my soul, i happened on your site about a year ago and have shared it with many who just need a little sunshine in their day! Blessings to you :0)
Good Morning Jo!
I really do need to plant some Redbuds but that cherry tree is gorgeous. Do you remember the name of this one? Now that we sold and removed that huge building here on the farm there will be LOTS of room to plant some wonderful flowering trees...can't wait. Your property is so beautiful...can't wait to see your flowers again. I can't wait to HAVE some ;) Have a wonderful day.
Maura :)
Love your blog..Photographs and layout are beautiful..so need to get out with my camera, if it ever warms up and the snow goes.
I love these pictures! The Cherry trees are absolutely beautiful! Wish there were some of those around where I live. However, Mother Nature can't decide what she wants to do here, sunshine, rain, and sleet all within 24 hours.

The warmth of spring really does warm your soul and your pictures show that! I just wish it would come back--Here in Virginia we are expecting a few flurries--Will my poor feet ever get to warm up? :-)
I hope YOU are doing well and continuing to mend with no problems!! Is Oliver being a good nurse?
I love these trees. The bradford Pears leaves in fall are beautiful also. Great Photos.
What lovely photos. Thank you for brightening up my day with these beautiful blossoms . Have a great day!
As always the most beautiful images, your blog always has such a peaceful, calm feel to it. Thank you for sharing these.
I've got a fire going again. Let's hope we don't get a hard freeze! Love your cherry tree. I've got Bings. Pretty standard bloom.
Must you tease us northerners? lol! My lilac has tiny buds! I've always loved redbuds. We have three of them. Next month they will bloom!
Beautiful pictures! Alabama is awash in the glories of Spring also. My Cherry Blossom tree is covering the ground with a fresh "spring snow" of its petals....
