Safely Under Cover

That little bird has chosen his shelter.
Above it are the stars and the deep heaven of worlds.
Yet he is rocking himself to sleep without caring for tomorrow's lodging, calmly clinging to his little twig, and leaving God to think for him."
~ Martin Luther

Guess that's what we should all do, let God think for us.

Your beautiful Spring cloche and comments by Martin Luther remind me of the words of the old hymn... "His eye is on the sparrow and I know He watches me".
Have a great week.

at first i thought it was outside or in a barn, i enlarged it and can see it is inside a glass dome, so is this one you found? or did it come this way? is it real?

Sandra, It is a real glass cloche, it didn't come this way, I assembled the moss and birdnest, feathers and eggs.
I have a little bird also, but didn't get it under there, the moss makes a lot of mess, so I may leave it as it is.

Patsy, thank you, I enjoy changing the insides of the cloche, I used it at Christmas with little Christmas trees beneath.

Your photos are stunning to say the least...It is such a pleasure to look at them...Let me know if you get a potting shed..Wouldn't it be fun to compare notes on what we do to them? Take care and have a wonderful evening...

It is very good to meet you and your blog. Thanks for all of it. I live just sixty miles north of Nashville in the Kentucky countryside. The land is beautiful in this part of the world.

That is SO pretty! Between the cats and my casual housekeeping I couldn't even consider such a decorative embellishment so I'll have to come visit your blog to enjoy it. Thank you!
