Winter Friendships

Since I have a few days off from work, I had hoped to catch up on my overdue visits to dear friends.
Share a cup of tea, a piece of homemade Christmas cake, and swap Christmas gifts.

Instead, I've been infected with some sort of malaise, and have found myself spending much of the day in bed, my head wrapped in a lavender and chamomile sinus poultice.

Hopefully tomorrow it will have ran it's course.

is a time to gather golden moments,
embark upon a sentimental journey, and enjoy every idle hour. "

So sorry, I hope you feel better soon, could be this goofy weather and the big rush from Christmas has you a little worn. Stay cozy and relax and let it run it's course.

Take care!

Just think about puttering around in your potting shed and smelling the freshly dug spring earth and you'll feel better.
