Summer's End
"Spring flowers are long since gone.
Summer's bloom hangs limp on every terrace.
The gardener's feet drag a bit on the dusty path and the hinge in his back is full of creaks."-
lovely shot of your shed as always. at first i thought you had bars on one window, then i realized it is some kind of pitch fork thingy. even your pitch fork is beautiful. you do have a way of composing photos that is very special.
Indeed! I just spent the entire day yesterday cleaning all the dead from my gardens and planning for next spring. Funny that the post said his back is full of creaks lol thats my back today from clearing the gardens. Great photo !Have a good day !
Hi Jo, It's hard to know what to do between seasons, isn't it???? I haven't decorated with my Fall items yet --since it is still so hot up here. Maybe I'll do it the first of October... Then it stays decorated until Thanksgiving.
Love your Potting Shed... Looks like you are thinking about Fall though. Hugs, Betsy
Isn't that a loveley photo! Makes me want to just putter around in that workshop! I'm so glad autumn is here! It's my favorite and after the horridly hot summer we had this year, it is especially welcome!

It is a beautiful shot of the garden shed interior. I like the colors and weathered paint on the counters.

Your little verse summed up our garden and how I feel.!!
Have you finished your fencing yet.?
I want to plant mum's but it was 97 today and just to hot. My garden looks bad now and in need of color.
