Keeping My Wellies Close At Hand...

Looking out the door,
Wondering just how much more rain could possibly be in store......

Maybe it's headed this way.

Is it still raining down there?

We still have the high 70s. I had to turn the aircon on when I got home this evening.

It will head my way soon enough, then 4-5 months of snow, cold, rain, wind.

Our trees look the same way... We've had alot of rain also--but I don't think we had as much as you have. Today--we didn't have any rain other than a few sprinkles a couple of time. The sun even came out for awhile this afternoon. Felt so good!!!!!

Hope tomorrow is better for you.
Hugs,
Betsy

Hello darling!
Guess you know already why we popped in--aren't you quick! We're a bit slow over here...but we were thinking of you, as you noticed! And you've redecorated your blog already, how wonderful! Congratulations--and thank you for your kind words, it means a lot.

Please can you send some rain our way! Just catching up and loved, absolutely loved Susan Boyle and Vera Lynn. I always cry whenever I hear "we'll meet again", it always reminds me of my lovely Dad. He was in the Forces and was obviously a huge fan.

We've had some rain this week. The gardens have been crying out for it but I think we're going to have a sunny weekend. I hope you do too.

Two weeks of rain - if I don't see the sun tomorrow... At least Jo, you made the rain look nice.

I love the pictures, the flower kissed with rain, the moss growing along the rocks. The roof of that bird house takes me way back to my childhood when we went to see Beautiful Rock City!

Everything looks so lovely and green. Beautiful pictures despite the weather.

I need some of that rain to wash away the dry summer look here Jo.
Everything there looks so fresh!

I'm listening to the rain outside right now. When I went to bed last night, the sky was clear. And this morning, rain. Tomorrow is supposed to be mostly sunny again. Curious, isn't it? We have had little rain this summer, but I think that's normal. I love the rain. Thanks for the rainy pictures. Only a Brit would call galoshes "wellies" -- that's what they are, right?

Wow! You must be drowing by now! Love the moss on the tree and the water drops on the flowers! Hang in there. I'll send you a life vest, if needed :)
