Bee-Utiful Day

The Bee

His labor is a chant,
His idleness a tune;
Oh, for the bee’s experience
Of clovers and of noon!

these flowers always make me think of pretty dancers, with skirts hanging down, so beautiful

Bumble, bumble! Not only are they industrious and useful, but they're darn pretty, too.

What enchanting images - are they from your garden?
Thanks so much for your heartfelt comment over at GLP - yes, it's a very bizarre condition. Noona will now stay with us. The question of adoption is a complete joke here - litterally speaking. They are EVERYWHERE and NO-ONE is interested. I can't even begin to describe how frustrating it is.
Thanks also for the beautiful music you've provided - very serene, just like your images.

I forgot to tell you - the shed was made up in Linden, even though we bought it down in Florence. The Amish didn't make it.
