What's A Cat To Do ?

It's exhausting doing nothing.
No squirrels to chase
No trees to climb
No birds to watch
No mice presents to bring home to mom
No moles to dig up
No dirt to roll around in
Somebody please spring me.......

Hey there pretty kitty, hope you get better soon so you can do all of that again! Have a great day.

Oh, Oliver, you handsome fellow, I'm sorry that you can't go outside and be a mighty hunter for a while. Just be patient and soon you will be out in the wide world again, master of all you survey. I have to say that you certainly are a lovely shade of ginger, and have such a bright and shiny coat.

I have that same feeling now, been without work for the 3rd week; my lecture only begins next week...

Aw...poor little guy. Is this injury going to take a long time to heal?
If only cats could read. Give him a hug for me. Deb=^..^=x5

Even with a bum leg, Oliver looks so serene. Is he always? Lovely picture, as usual.

Awwww Jo what a sweet post. Oliver is so pretty...he looks a bit bored though. I hope it won't be too long until he's well enough to go outside to play. Isn't this warm weather wonderful! I hope your Wednesday is a good one.

Poor bored baby! Just hang in there Oliver! Is Mommy going to let you back out after your stretch in jail is over?

Oliver looks pretty cozy and content to be back home. Glad for a good outcome.

Isn't it amazing what cats will tolerate. He's bearing the burden of that splint like a real soldier, isn't he!

Oliver looks soooo comfy and his toy matches him perfecty. hope spring springs soon for all of you

Maybe you could get him a goldfish to watch. Or find that cat-entertainment video. Anyhow, he needs to rest hard to get better. Before you know it, he'll be dragging home dead things and getting into more fights.

Well, it looks like Oliver is doing just what the Doctor ordered. RESTING!! He is so handsome.

Oh poor little guy. Although he does look content. Speedy recovery to Oliver.

No mice presents to bring home to mom...lol...Oh, that makes me miss by kitties! The 'gifts' they used to have on the back porch in the morning were always interesting. But the amusing part was how they laid beside them...all proud and smug. :)

Oh, He is very handsome. My cat Pickles and I hope he's set to go soon. That's a great photo. I love to watch a cat sleep. It so soothing just to see them so relaxed.
I love your beautiful photograpy!
