Summer's Gold

"Fairest of the months
Ripe summer's queen
The hey-day of the year
With robes that gleam with sunny sheen
Sweet August doth appear."

~ R. Combe Miller

and none too soon doth it appear! July was a washout for three weeks. We need to keep the sun shining now. Any ideas?

Hi There, Did you hear me hollering this afternoon???? I was so so happy... We finally (first time in over 2 weeks) got a little rain...We only got 1/2 an inch --but that's okay.. We were getting very very dry again...

Gorgeous summer photo.... The color is awesome.
Hugs,
Betsy
