Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and caldron bubble.
Fillet of a fenny snake,
In the caldron boil and bake;
Eye of newt, and toe of frog,
Wool of bat, and tongue of dog,
Adder's fork, and blind-worm's sting,
Lizard's leg, and owlet's wing,—
For a charm of powerful trouble,
Like a hell-broth boil and bubble.
Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and caldron bubble.

love that poem...used to hear it when I was a child...now...never! it was enough to put the creepy crawlies in a child's over imaginative brain! LOL
(and again when I was a teenager and we read Macbeth in English class)

I hung up the fake cobwebs and but a witches broom by the door,got in all the treats,but this year we had no callers.!! I guess all the little trick or treaters just grew up and went to parties instead.
Thanks for the spooky post.
