Winter offered a snowy cold day.
A time to make a pot of tea, and curl up with a new book.

I think I will try your book ,looking for a good read.
Our snow is almost gone and there is a promise of warmer weather next week.
Oh Cranford. Lovely!

I love books too. I usually have two on the go, one downstairs and one upstairs. They will usually be of different kinds: one exciting, the other comforting. Right now I'm reading Labyrinthe by Kate Mosse.

Have you seen the BBC adaptation of Cranford with Dame Judi? It's fabulous, I ordered it from Amazon and it so lives up to the book.
