Hotter Than A Pepper Sprout

We seemed to have transitioned from pleasantly warm days, to HOT.

Days in the high nineties with high humidity makes outdoor activities a challenge, calling for lots of drinking water, and the wearing of light clothing.

We are under a heat advisory for the next few days, 99 degrees tomorrow, if you can avoid staying outside especially for long periods of time, then it is best to do so.
Even the birds are trying to stay cool....

Poor little birdies. Jo, I know you have some shady spots there, but you are right the stifling Makes us stay in with fan or AC. I have done many early morning chores outdoors before the heavy heat hits. Where would one go for a vacation when it's plain hot everywhere. LOL. Blessings, xoxo, Susie

Such a lovely plate! We are having the same issue in Missouri but are thankful for rain last night! I am watering my hydrangeas every day otherwise.
