What a beautiful golden vignette in that Wintry window! The welcoming tray with its spoon and promise-of-something-tasty beneath the silver cover of the dish, as well as the amber lamp-light---what a charming sight.
I hope you've been well and warm---I know Y'all got quite a swath of snow down there, but your wanderings over hill and dale seem to promise GREEN before long. Yesterday's poem is filled with promise, as well, and aren't we ALL looking forward to daffodils and grass!
Meanwhile, the cozying-up with book and teacup, beneath a warm throw---that's a boon of Winter that's hard to beat.
