Another round of storms are headed our way just as many folks are getting their utilities restored, after the last round of snow and ice disrupted service.
*sigh*

Oh, Jo, it is just ghastly outside. Been raining all night and now sleet and ice then snow. I just can't bear winter. I'll be staying inside too except when I have to go back to the barn to feed the animals. I always wondered what the term mud season meant. Now, I know.
I thought, "Oh, no! Not ice again!" But it seems that's what is in our forecast for tomorrow. Take care, and stay warm and safe!
It is 3:00 P.M. been raining hard now sleet is falling and about to cover the ground. Hope this is last of winter snow and ice.
Sweet Jo, I have looked back thru your post that I have missed. You really have had nasty weather...I am so scared of ice. You lose power, and beautiful trees. I appreciate being home too. We have more freezing rain coming in tomorrow. Spring has just got to be here soon.
After the last storm and having to use a hammer and chisel to clear the 1" to 2" thick ice from my steps and sidewalk just to get to the driveway that was a skating rink...I'm definitely ready for spring. Love the picture. Very elegant in a simple way.
It is a beautiful setting in front of the window.
