Cottage Love

The cottage homes of England
   By thousands on her plains,
They are smiling o'er the silvery brooks,
   And round the hamlet-fanes.
Thro' glowing orchards forth they peep,
Each from its nook of leaves,
And fearless there the lowly sleep,
As the bird beneath the eaves

I have seen these little houses at thrift shows; unfortunately, they were damaged. I will be looking for perfect one. Love yours.

Jo, I love that little cottage and the poem goes right along with it. So pretty. We may get some cold winter weather soon. Seems sad and too soon. I will miss all our flowers. Bless you, xoxo,Susie

I really like English cottages. Your cottage model is such a nice item. I really like those kinds of things.
