August Days

 "Fairest of the months
Ripe summer's queen
The hey-day of the year
With robes that gleam with sunny sheen
Sweet August doth appear."

Hello sweet Jo, I have been missing much at your site...so I went back to a few of your postings. I was curious as to where Tom came in. Now I know. Plus I want to say, you have the most beautiful flowers. I love your old picture pages form your book. Blessings, xoxo,Susie
p.s. Summer is taking wings and flying away , much too quickly.

Oh, I would love to walk down that country path. August has never been one of my favorite months. The poem tells me August is beautiful.I will look for that today.

Your blog has to be the loveliest and most interesting I have seen. The music playing surprised and pleased me.
