The Sounds Of Summer

"The steady buzzzzzzz of the Katydid chorus,
the bass solo of the croaking Frog,
the steady woof-woof-woof of a barking Dog
- a summer night's serenade."

~Michael P. Garofalo : Cuttings

Swinging makes you a child again, if only for a short time.On your post beneath, I so love baling season. We have many farms surrounding ours and I love to see the round bales laying in the fresh mown meadow. Ah,the scent!

The picture reminds me of the swing we had on our big pine tree when I was growing up! I loved to swing!
