Wellies Mandatory

We have been deluged with rain today.
Cold, wind-driven rain, the ground is soaked, the creeks are overflowing their banks.
The flowers however are happy.

We have had heavy rain here, too! There is also a chance for snow showers mentioned in our forecast for overnight!
Stay dry and warm!

I see a lot of water has fallen at your place. Here it is still freezing cold with ice crystals along the canal on the reed. Lovely picture of the blooming Cercis of your former blog, I am looking forward to my flowering Cercis but that will take at least another six weeks.

Tut Tut, looks like rain! Christopher Robin would definitely need his umbrella down there.

John:
Mostly rain boots or mud boots, but American's know that British people refer to those boots as Wellies or Wellington boots.
