Sunshine And Shadows

Goodness the weather has turned bitterly cold.
The sun has shone all day long, but the wind has been horrendous, and temperatures have barely made it over the freezing mark.
A hard freeze blanketed the ground overnight, and a repeat performance expected tonight....

I thought about venturing out to the Christmas market... that's as far as I got.
Some souls are braver than others.

Oliver doesn't seem to mind it. White frosty world this morning, but right after Thanksgiving, we're going to get lots of rain and cold. Hope it doesn't move your way. My least favorite kind of weather. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving Jo.

I have days like that when I think a lot but do little, they are most enjoyable.

It is cold up here too ;(
I was not so brave or hardy, I stayed in with the cats and dithered.

Bright and windy here in Texas today too. We headed out to the Texas Renaissance Festival, but the traffic was backed up for miles so we came back home again. Love your orange kitty in the sunshine :-)

It's a great day for staying indoors drinking hot tea and knitting. I didn't get to do that today, but I will tomorrow! :-)

Oliver is such a lovely subject. His surroundings look so pleasant.

The sun is deceiving, isn't it? We're having the same weather!
