A Sunday Indulgence
What could be more special than sipping tea out of a china cup, indulging in a bowl full of raspberry trifle, and settling in to watch episodes of Downton Abbey, Season 6.
This describes my Sunday evenings for the entire month of October.
Now I have to wait until the series returns across the pond on January 3, 2016 to continue the saga, the last and final episodes of Julian Fellowes masterpiece.
*Sigh*

What splendid setting for a beautifully laid table!
So far I have resisted watching Downton Abbey. Something I like to look forward to, though.
Can't wait to hear about the trip, Jo. How can they do that to us and stop the series. It should go on for years more.
Jo, I have never seen an episode of this show...I guess i'll have to buy the dvd's. Bless you, xoxo,Susie
That all sounds absolutely perfect and put your feet up as well....
Looking forward to it !!! Thanks for sharing , Have a good week !
My hubby and I are looking forward to Season Six also...but are not looking forward to watching it end. :-(
Sounds absolutely perfect! I'm looking forward to it. Enjoy your week!
Two high points in my winter. Downton Abbey and college basketball. Thank goodness they aren't discontinuing basketball. I always enjoy my visits with you. This morning I am thinking "something is not quite right". Then I realized I had my sound turned off. Something in my Welch history responds so strongly to your music.
Well I can't think of anything any more special. I Have missed so much of Downton Abbey. Wish I could just start over from the very beginning.
