Summer Days

The summer heat has kicked in.

Hot and humid days, and evenings most often filled with a thunderstorm or two, cooling the night air.
Parents have begun shopping for school attire and supplies, since it's not too long before the children return to their scholastic schedules.
The first of the homegrown tomatoes and juicy watermelons,  delightuflly fill our plates each day, the fruits of summer.
And the rhythm of life continues.

Hate that humidity!!! We're having a reasonable summer so far. Cross fingers it continues
Must but a watermelon. Haven't had any this summer. Lots of apricots though

Summer is so lush and green, thunderstorms nearly every day in my area. Homegrown tomatos and watermelons are wonderful. What beautiful photos of sunsets!

Your rhythm of life includes such wonderful garden areas. The colors are so great. The heat is taken over our lives here also.

Lovely garden photos! We have found many of our birdhouses have deceased this year so the humidity and heat of summer does take a tole.

The heat 🥵 and humidity 😫 here in Montreal has been hard, but I know many parts of the world are feeling it as well.
My favourite colour is green, and your photos are lovely and such a joy to see.
