Our gentle Autumn days have quickly turned to Winter.
A cold wind blows and snowflakes are falling.
Geraniums are still in full bloom, and transported to the garage for over-wintering, song-birds have retreated to their nests, and darkness falls before the clock strikes five.
Nesting days are upon us.

No snow just east of Atlanta but it is very cold! Our son had flurries in Chattanooga today!
We had snow too and even though it was only 32 degrees, the ground was too warm for the snow to stick.
Two days of snow here in rural TN. Last night it was 15 degrees. Winter has found us too soon.

Yes they are...hoping they go away for a few more weeks and bring us Indian Summer! Have a wonderful weekend. Hugs!
I like that image ...
Here in the UK the temperatures are due to get colder next week and some areas may get snow!
Keep warm and cosy.
All the best Jan
Sounds quite cold there in East Tennessee. The drawing is quite lovely.
