A Peaceful Easy Feeling

Our days are getting noticeably longer, darkness now falls around 5:30 each evening.
Mother Nature sent us sunshine today, sixty five degrees worth of the stuff, encouraging us to break out of our cabin-fever mold, and delight in pottering around the garden.

The Robins are in abundance, busily pulling the earthworms from the moist soil, the nests are getting feathered, the Pussy Willow buds are awaking.
Daffodils are waving their sleepy heads in the noon day sun.
Not long now.

A peaceful sunset this evening.
Cooler temps, after a warm and breezy day.
Peace.....such a lovely thought.

We had a pretty day here but a bit chilly. Tomorrow is to be colder, but I can take it if the sun is shining. Jo, I loved how you told of your nice spring like day. Great pictures too. Blessings, xoxo, Susie

I love when you photograph your "potterings around the garden." I have been noticing a change in the light for a few days now!

Still a ton of snow here. The days are getting longer but March is such a tease we can get nice weather only to have winter descend on us again.

Oh my, I love how things are growing in your garden already. No so in mine. But the days are getting longer so I have hope that Spring will be here soon. You have a wonderful day, hugs, Edna B.

Another beautiful Sunset. I really like the weather vane.

It is so beautiful there! All those turkeys! Poppy would have a fit. Turkey season comes in in March. I dread it. We could use a sunny day, and now there is, supposedly, snow coming later today. I see signs of spring too. Can hardly wait.

It is still cold here -- down in the 30s. No sign of spring anywhere. But... the days are getting longer so there is hope that spring is on the way. I loved hearing about your day. The sunset is so beautiful. I love that peaceful time at the end of a good day.

It is TN ...blink your eyes and things change... much snow in buckets yesterday (but did not accumulate)in the 20's last evening and today the sun broke through with its
comforting light and warmth... adapt, adapt. No question, Spring is on its way.
