Daisy Time
I confess to having a special place in my heart for these unassuming little flowers that always make me smile.
"He who is born with a silver spoon in his mouth is generally considered a fortunate person, but his good fortune is small compared to that of the happy mortal who enters this world with a passion for flowers in his soul."
I love flowers, as a young child I was one of those "flower pickers" who just had to grab a bloom from whatever yard she passed. But now, as an adult, I prefer to see my flowers in the garden, dancing happily in the breeze. I love them all but my favorite has always been lily of the valley with their delicate little bells and sweet fragrance.

What a beautiful photo. It's my favorite time of the year.
I do so love Shasta daisies too. I really could not pick a favorite flower.
I love my Shasta daisies!!! I don't have a lot of them but they are so very pretty. Hugs, LJ
They are happy flowers!
Beautiful piece !
I love them, too, Jo. :-)
They are so cheerful and beautiful! I used to have many growing in my garden but none right now! I need to do something about that!
The wild daisies are in bloom here. None in the yard but I see them along the path. The quote is so true!
That daisy certainly made me smile. You do, too. How did you know daisies are my favorite?
Very pretty.
Merle..........
