I'm missing my sweet kitties.
I can't help but wonder if they think I have completely abandoned them at this time.
My dearest holds the telephone next to their ears and I tell them "hello" and "I'll be home soon."
He tells me they rub their whiskers against the telephone, when they hear my voice.
I'm thinking about Skyping.

Skyping with your kitties is a must and will make you all feel better! I don't know how we survived without the internet before. Continued prayers for a speedy recovery. :)

Thinking of you Jo. When my daughter was in a rehab facility for a month, I carried Mr. Winky inside my jacket for visits. Not sure how a cat would react, but perhaps a large bag. Too much downtime at those places. I was like, get on with it. Wish you could get them to come to your house for rehab. Hurry up and get well as I know you are anxious for spring. I expect the kitties will be all over you when you go home.

Oh I know Oliver and Tom Tillie must miss you terribly. I've missed you! Sure hope that ankle heals fast and you can be home soon. I'm sure the nurses and doctors and workers there find it a joy to help someone as nice and sweet as you.

Our dog ran to look behind the computer when we were Skying with our son who lives out of state! Hope your kitties are comforted when they see and hear you. I hope and pray you're soon back in your lovely home with your loving family - both those with two and four legs!

Just catching up with you and so sorry to hear about your injury. My friend here did the same thing -- broken ankle in three places and is in rehab. Hope you come along quickly and can get back to your sweet kitties.
