Glad you enjoyed the holidays. That is my favorite tea. :)
We do the same thing, but love the old dishes just try to improve them.
Well deserved Jo. You got your shortbread then? We love it too.
Oh Yes! Wonderful :)
I love that tea cozy ! Delete this if it is a double posting. My computer is wonky today.
Jo, it sounds like a good one. I am still recovering. Guess I need to begin to put up holiday things too. There is a gale blowing outside, not fit for man nor beast outside. Warm Christmas Day now cold and flooding and rain. Hope the ice and snow misses us as did the tornadoes. Nothing to do so I will get started. Something about rainy, stormy days makes me tired.
Sounds like you had a lovely Christmas. We had a quiet Christmas together, just the two of us. I've been more homesick than usual this year. Hopefully it will pass. I love that little tea cozy :-)
We're right there with you....full of love and pleasant memories andputting our feet up with a cup of tea and a treat!
I LOVE the teapot cozy! It's just lovely. What a peaceful setting to enjoy an afternoon break.
A most lovely table you had.We had a heart-warming gathering as well.Extra treats for donkeys and chickens topped off the day.
LOVE your new cozy. And most of the stressful times are behind and it's time to sit back and recover! Blessings to you, Jo. :-)
How lovely, and how perfect! Walker Shortbread is a favorite of mine, (they make them Scottie shaped!) and I introduced my brother to them this year. For whatever reason, he'd never had them -- Isn't that crazy?! I do hope your weekend is ending on a good note, and I wish you all the best for 2016! Thank-you for your kindness and friendship this past year. I look forward to that continuing!
I see magic in your home!lovetweedles

Breaking open the crackers and laughing starts of the meal. It is nice to be together and share great food and time together. Your decorations are beautiful.
Your home is beautiful. Have a wonderful New Year! Blessings, Martha
Wonderful celebration! Thank you for the beautiful photo! Teapot cozy is cute! =^_^=
I love that new tea cozy! I go with the same recipes every year too, even though I start planning early on to make something different "this year".
Jo:My favorite is Yorkshire Gold. I never tire of that wonderful flavor. Happy New Year!
