Winter Days

I'm beginning to get cabin fever.
Yesterday the sun shone brightly and warmed my face, it felt renewing.
I spent time in the potting shed, wiping away winter's dust and grime, and arranged a few clay pots, in anticipation of spring plantings.

Today we are forecast our largest snowfall of the season.
Such are the days of winter.........

I hear February is the new winter this year. I think we are about to get some snow and ice starting tonight.
Stay warm and put the teapot on.

Brutal here in Eastern PA, winds and wind chills are the likes that I never have experienced. The potting shed looks warm and inviting, glad you were able to get out there. Stay toasty.

Well your place looks so cosy I wouldn't mind some snow. Love those photos.

No snow here this winter. Yet! There's time.

Hope you have plenty of firewood. Cold, cold, cold. I'm up at the KY line... from what I hear them predict, we'll get a good dose of white. Been a while, can't say I'm not looking forward to it a little. Be well and stay warm neighbor.

Cold here in NW Ohio, zero degrees this morning. I always blog from my pc and the room where the pc is happens to be my sewing room to the back of the house. I do not heat it in winter nor cool it in summer. Right now I am sitting here in a big wooly robe with my fingers freezing, lol. So thinking of spring and summer flowers seems a long way off. Makes me want to go out of here and grab my crochet to warm me up. Hope you have a great week and things warm up for all of us.
Susanne :)

Yes, it is coming your way Jo. Freezing rain with a dusting on top. How does that happen after a 77 degree day?
