And The Rains Came
We have been deluged with rain today. Cold, wind-driven rain, the ground is soaked, the creeks are overflowing their banks.
We're having rain here today, too. The weatherman said "off and on," but the rain has been more "on" than "off." Good day to be inside with a cup of tea.
Hi. I came over from SheJunks. I am drawn to folks from England. Maybe because I'm from New England. Anyway I love the pictures. I post many pictures of my area so I like when other people post photos of there home area. I do the same. And yes put the kettle on, it's getting mighty chilly outside.
Jo , we got that rain last week. I do not like rain once the ground starts to freeze...it causes floods. I hope you get some sun soon. Today we had sun and it was about 40 degrees. but I did not feel the warmth till after lunch. Bless you Jo. I hope Oliver is feeling himself again. xoxo,Susie

Beautiful pictures of the water. We had a day of rain like that yesterday as well.
It makes for a dreary day. I hope you don't get too much rain as I know your state gets a lot of flooding.
We had a cold dark rainy day on the first, it always gets stronger when it crosses the old Mississippi river to you in Tennessee.
We use to live near a creek or stream when we lived in Ohio and I enjoyed it a lot.

That water looks very cold. I like to be snug in the house when it's raining. Love the photos.
Oh my at the rain! We've had two dreary wet days and about an hour ago the sun came out...now that the day is about over. :)
