My daughter and son-in-law have recently bought a place in the country.
It came complete with four miniature donkeys, who are the sweetest and most curious little jennies.
They are called companion animals, and it is obvious why, since they are the most social of creatures.
Meet the latest family members......Rose, Daisy, Lily, and Buttercup, two precious mothers and their adored daughters.

Have a great day.
Love this post. I hope we will see a lot of these social creatures. LOL
Jo, Our neighbor used to get sheep through the summer to eat the grass in his wooded lot. Some times a donkey came with them. We were told it was to keep the coyotes away. But once in a while that donkey would run after the sheep. Hope you enjoy yours. xoxo,Susie
When I die, I bequeath my donkeys to this farm where I insist they live out their long lives. I am glad your daughter acquired the little donks with the land, perfect.
Oh to have all that space! How wonderful and the donkeys are gorgeous. Lucky you, you get to visit them too.
