Smitten

I love timeless kitchens, Old English or Primitive style.
They don't have to be large, just warm and cozy, with hanging copper pots, blue and white dishes, baskets for storage, and time-weathered cupboards.
I fell in love with this kitchen the minute I laid eyes on it, the colors soft and inviting...perfect.

Beautiful! I feel that there is a place at this table for me to enjoy a cup of tea!

Oh, yes! It looks like my grandmother's kitchen. Let's have a cup of tea and a heart to heart.

Awesome photo of this kitchen with its antiquities and touches of delicious color. I'm ready for a cup of tea and and scone!

I have always wanted an old farmhouse. I doubt that will ever happen, my house is old but lacks that country kitchen

Now that's for me, definitely! Why do kitchen designers always want to streamline everything? Yuck! I love that cooker. I don't like machines in my kitchen, just a cooker and a washing machine - nothing else. Thank you for sharing this delightful dream.

Jo, My kitchen is no bigger than that one...but it is not near as sweet. I love this kitchen too. The butcher block, the dish shelves. I too love copper pots. Blessings for a fun filled weekend. Winter has come back to Indiana. Brr. xoxo,Susie

How lovely! That's my kind of kitchen too Jo. Just think of all the lovely cups of tea we could share with a biscuit or two :)

Would you be able to share the origin of THAT kitchen? I am building a little cottage this coming Fall and would like to get some more ideas from this home.

Your blog is MY FAVORITE! I love it! Thank you for sharing!
