Up here in PA it has been hot as well, for here anyway, and my yard is starting to turn brown. So far all the flower beds and raised gardens are ok. I do have soaker hoses in my gardens though. The weeds of course, are doing fantastic! Enjoy the 4th holiday :)Sunnyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05627362326166805915noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2239437409050334506.post-35015214817910983382012-07-02T14:15:45.001-05:002012-07-02T14:15:45.001-05:00So good of you to keep water out for the birds.
...So good of you to keep water out for the birds.

Yes, we have had record highs here for the past four days, too. In fact, Saturday set the all-time record for high temperature (105) in our area, and Sunday tied that same temp! Today our forecast is for the high nineties, and we had a little rain - not even 1/10 of an inch in the rain gauge - overnight, but every little bit helps. I don't think it is to be as hot this week, and we have a chance of "pop-up" showers just about every day.Nelliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00731594872663348711noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2239437409050334506.post-80617129653582578702012-07-02T10:16:47.552-05:002012-07-02T10:16:47.552-05:00It rained last night, Hurrah for a wee bit of reli...It rained last night, Hurrah for a wee bit of relief!
