It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas

A windy and wet start to our day, the perfect opportunity to finish up the last of the decorating, and spend the day list-ticking.

The hearth is lit, the tree is twinkling, hot chocolate is simmering.

Tomorrow is our little town's Christmas parade, the youngsters are excited.

Christmas is coming, the geese are getting fat
Please put a penny in the old man's hat
If you haven't got a penny, a ha'penny will do
If you haven't got a ha'penny, then God bless you!

~ Tradition English nursery rhyme
