Time Marches On

We've been blessed with glorious weather these past few days, sunshine and low-humidity, the two together, are rare as hen's teeth in these southern parts.
Summer days are just around the corner, farmer's markets are displaying their early crops, and school children are getting ready to graduate.
Despite all the chaos we have endured throughout the past year, a sense of normalcy returns.
Hoping whichever little corner of the world you call "home"..... all is calm.

Around here (Portugal) we are also gradually moving towards normality, although still with great caution and care.

So beautiful. I love seeing your delightful world, Jo. And yes we are definitely turning a corner with this pandemic, at least here in the US.

Great photos. You flowers are looking good. I think the three metal chairs are so wonderful. Classics that I really don't remember when I sat one last. I just remember my aunt and uncle had them.

I love your pictures. I am not sure what season we are in here in WV It has been cold temps and now summer temps. I just want to enjoy some spring temps.

It is always so peaceful and calm and beautiful around your home. I'm afraid we're going into hot dry weather soon. After the wettest winter on record, we are now in the dryest spring on record. Heard that tonight on the news. :(

The petunias in a pot look great. You have a lot of good blooms in your photos. I see you have an iris that may not bloom. I have a couple of those and don't understand why they didn't bud.

Beautiful calming pictures which I could use after trying to get through the burial of our daughter last month. Now await sale of her home and probate.
