A Peaceful Easy Feeling

Mother Nature sent sunshine today, seventy one degrees of the stuff, encouraging us to break out of our cabin-fever mold, and ticking off some of those "to-do" lists.
Nights are getting longer, it's almost six in the evening before darkness settles in.

The Robins have reappeared, busily pulling earthworms from the soaked ground, and around the garden there are signs of Spring everywhere.
Not long now.....

A peaceful sunset this evening.
Cooler temps, after a warm and breezy day.
Peace.....such a lovely thought.

Oh my, look at all the beautiful green plants pushing up from the earth. Wow, such warm temps! Your turkeys look wonderful. Ours did not come by this winter. I don't know why but we missed them. That's a beautiful sunset. Enjoy your warm days, hugs, Edna B.

Jo, After all that snow and nasty cold...things are awakening around your place. I love that. So ready for flowers. I step outside today and I did not put a coat on, it was warm and the air smelled so clean. It was 50 something here today. Hooray...the snows are melting. Blessings to you, stay safe. xoxo, Susie

I too saw a robin pull a worm out of the ground today, and it reminded me that spring is never far behind when the robins return! :-)

Gorgeous photos, as always! Yes, the robins are plentiful.
Loving the warmth of the sunshine here in middle Tennessee.
Tank top and shorts, soaking up the sun!

As much as I love the long nights and cozy time spent at home during the winter, it still brings a smile to my face to see the first signs of Spring. Beautiful pictures. Have a wonderful day!

How thrilling to spy the budding greenery reaching forth and
your pictures capture it all so beautifully, Jo.
Welcome Spring!

Spring is sure making itself know where you are. It will be a while for us yet, but we did get up to a warm 50 yesterday and lots of the snow is melting. Enjoy those nice warm days.

Look at all those green sprouts. It is promising that you will see spring. I ordered a set of iris today even though we are covered with snow.
