Purple Delight

With all the turmoil we are facing in this big uncertain world of ours, some things remain constant.
For those I am truly grateful.
Despite three freeze-laden nights this past week, the Clematis has once again graced us with stunning blooms.

And Spring arose on the garden fair,
Like the Spirit of Love felt everywhere;
And each flower and herb on Earth's dark breast
Rose from the dreams of its wintry rest.

~Percy Bysshe Shelley, "The Sensitive Plant

This is such a wonderful flower. I enjoy seeing it every spring. Yes we had two different nights that could have damaged things but the plants stood the test. Thanks for sharing such a healthy flower filled plant.

I had to leave my incarceration to go for a blood test. On the way I saw a sign saying "God gives us Spring to show He loves us!!" You are much further along in your spring than we are north of you. Your surroundings are gorgeous! Stay well and enjoy it!!
