Tea Party Jabberwocky

I had a little tea party
This afternoon at three.
'Twas very small-
Three guest in all-
Just I, myself and me.

Myself ate all the sandwiches,
While I drank up the tea;
'Twas also I who ate the pie
And passed the cake to me.

A tea party for one is the ultimate treat in self care. :)

This is lovely. The photo fits the poem perfectly. Especially for this year. You have a cup of tea and enjoy your day, hugs, Edna B.

Just want to say that I love your love of poetry and sharing
with us. One of my favorites is Portrait of a Neighbor -
Edna St. Vincent Millay. I see myself in your shared sweet
poem and also the neighbor. Stay healthy.
