Batten Down The Hatches

The wind is blowing a gale.
Birds are literally flying sideways.
Each time I look out of the window, the windmill is turning a hundred miles an hour, if only I knew how to convert that energy into electricity, my utilities would be free for a month !
It's a balmy 77 degrees today, in early March, we are headed for a night of thunderstorms, and mayhem.
March madness no less.

I hope you don't get caught in the terrible weather in the Midwest! Stay safe and warm, Jo.

Jo, You are so right. Today was very warm, although it did not feel as warm as the temps were being told. We are in for storms and high winds tomorrow. A lot of crazy weather going on across the nation. Be safe there. Blessings to you and yours, xoxo, Susie

I hate those bad Spring storms. We had wind today but not too bad. We still hiked this afternoon and it was warm here! Hugs!

March madness indeed. The same here. Temperatures have risen and spring has obviously arrived but we had high winds and rain. Still a way to go before summer

Hope you are faring well, Jo. We have a wind warning for our area starting at 11am cst. But for now I'm headed outside to spread some mulch. Maybe I can get a little done before mayhem starts. *haha* Have a beautiful day. Love, Andrea xoxo

Hope you didn't get bad storms. The weather continues to be weird all around, doesn't it! We have had a few dry pretty days, but tomorrow there is a chance of storms here. Seems like the weather you get reaches us a couple days later.

same in Michigan, the wind. I love the wind but sometimes it can get scary, but thrilling too. We got snow last night, made things look pretty again after all the rain. Stay safe. You know, I always think those geese are real
