Winter Friendships

Taking a few days off to catch up on overdue visits with dear friends.
Share a cup of tea, a piece of homemade Christmas cake, and swap Christmas gifts.
A lovely start to a brand New Year.
Be well !

is a time to gather golden moments,
embark upon a sentimental journey, and enjoy every idle hour. "

Sounds glorious. I made my new favorite marsala chai today and relished in the lazy requirement of the day. I place it in my Big Bubba mug and it travels with me all afternoon. It is a new New Year ritual. Happy New Year!

What a lovely blog you have, glad to find you:) We had a small Day-before-Xmas Eve tour with presents, just around our own island, something we had made ourselves and were so happy to pop in and wish merry Christmas to all friends, change few words. Everyone was so relaxed, cheerful.
