List-Ticking

My Christmas list is slowly getting finished.
A few more gifts to seek out and wrap, and  then it's on to making a batch of fudge and pecan praline candy.
Our Christmases are not nearly as busy as they once were when the grandchildren were small and the toys were endless, that's OK too, less is more.
I hope everyone is plodding along nicely.

Those dishes are so wonderful. We don't need more dishes, but I really like the idea of having Christmas dishes. Your colors and arrangements are so great.

Hello, my friend. Yes, I'm plodding... that's the perfect phrase! *lol* The sun is shining here so I'm going to finish getting a few Christmasy things out and set around. I was going to only have the tree up this year but it doesn't feel like Christmas without a few other odds and ends. Have a lovely candy-making day. Love ya~ Andrea xxx

So nice! I'm enjoying your holiday posts, all to make me feel all warm and fuzzy, I suspect. :-)

I agree that the Christmas list is easier now that the grandchildren aren't so young anymore... less toys, more books, clothes and giftcards! Most of our shopping is done (thank goodness as the traffic around the malls is ridiculous). Now it's just cleaning, baking, and cooking left - which can be done while listening to Christmas music and enjoying the smell of the fresh cut Christmas tree and fireplace garland! Merry Christmas!

Your post is , as always, lovely. Shopping for our granddaughter is so simple. I have a list: 4 things: 1 thing she wants , 1 thing she needs, 1 thing to wear, and 1 thing to read. Praying for a safe and happy Christmas for all.

You had me at praline pecan candy. If it's easy, might you share the recipe?
