Tales of a British expat, transplanted into the lush Tennessee countryside.
Love your blue and white. So homey.
Every time I read your blog, I want to find a little antique shop and browse for tiny treasures. :)
Jo, I love that little quote. It is true. After being raised on the corner of Mill Street and Cleveland Avenue, which was my universe growing up...as Mommy made us kids stay in our own yard....I longed to escape into the big world of things I had only heard or read about. Now that I am older and so much of live has changed ...I long for one more day on that corner. Blessings to you my friend, xoxo, Susie
Truer words were never spoken.Lovely cozy photo to go along too.
There is nothing like home indeed. That's a great quote. Lovely photos. Warm greetings to you and best wishes!
The phrase "there's no place like home" is so true. We often don't appreciate things until they are gone. I love your blue and white dishes and cute little Home Sweet Home sign.
The quote is so great. Our moving to a new home and it at first didn't feel right. We now have put some of our personal touches helping it to not feel so much like a new modern house. The things are coming out that have been collected. Some are new ones that were not originally out in the old house. Your arrangement looks great.
Could not ask for a lovelier place to live then your yard.I see your other kitty cat.
