Isn't it amazing what difference a few days of warm weather and sunshine can make.
The Perennials are slowly returning, each day another bloom, another color.
The Goldfinches will soon be devouring the seeds of this Tickseed.
It makes happy little birds.

The feeders empty quickly at this time of the year.
Hungry little birds emerging from a long winter's nap, now busily feathering nests and tending babies.

We have a rain-free week ahead, so lots of work to do in the garden.
Hoping your week is filled with blue skies and sunshine.

So many flowers out already. It seems once the flowers pop its high speed to Fall...........in Michigan anyway. Still waiting for blossom time, just starting.

Oh Jo, it looks beautiful. I only have one of those tickseed plants. I need to get more.

We have a forecast of sunshine, too! Your blooms look beautiful! Those irises...amazing!

Donna: I started with two plants, and because they self-seed, they have spread rapidly. I have to pull them up from unwanted places all the time :)

I wish I was a little elfish person who could live in your garden :)

We are hoping for rain. To put out a forest fire.

Jo, You are right about those feeders...the birds keep them empty. I love seeing all the beautiful flowers there in your yard. Blessings, xoxo, Susie

Your flowers are looking lovely Jo. It has been very cold here and I lost all my morning glory seedlings. I covered them but they still died. We are hoping for some sunshine tomorrow. I haven't heard of tickseeds till I read your post.

Somehow I almost missed this wonderful set of photos. They are all so wonderful. Your spring is always weeks ahead of ours. Your colors are so vivid and great to see. I don't think I have any favorite one as they are all so great.
