Morning Mists

Rain-soaked earth, leaving us with an eerie landscape this morning.

Morning Mist

In the morning, skies so gray,
Before the sun lights up the day,
I chanced upon a morning mist
That left the leaves and grasstips kissed
With the aqua of the dew,
It left a feeling with me, too
Something old and something new;
Something that comes with the mist again,
Never what, but always when.

Just beautiful, I miss seeing dears, the only thing wild here are
ducks and they don't stop by often.

Your spring is coming and going! Hope all that rain is helping things to grow

Your lovely photos truly speak for themselves, and the verse is perfect!

Hope you're doing well - We're getting pretty soaked here in VA, and I'm okay with that, it has turned everything so green and lush!

Fog and rain are my favourite weathers, and a misty morning with cup of tea in hand is the best kind of morning! Your photos are lovely.
