Done And Dusted

This afternoon, I accomplished a little inside decorating.
Our tree is an Alpine Tree, tall and skinny, and doesn't require any furniture to be moved around, which makes life easier.
The mantle is  finished, except for a few dried orange slices and cinnamon sticks.
I'm calling it finished, because the sun is shining brilliantly and there is a  list of outdoor chores with my name on them......

The silver is polished

The Christmas crackers await Christmas wishes and giggles

Oh Jo, that silver and the reindeer on tartan no less. It is beautiful. Wish I could be by your hearth this Christmas. Do the cats like the decorations?;)

Jo, it is simply beautiful. Seeing your place makes me want to scrap all mine and start over. :) Everything is so pretty there.

Your house is wonderfully and cozy decorated, you have sent me some Christmas spirit I still have not started. In our country we are not so early with Christmas decorating.

Ha ha I know just what you mean Jo. I keep getting distracted too. Of late I find myself decorating gradually. It's easier that way isn't it. You have some lovely decorations on show and the silver looks gorgeous too.
