I have notice the birds just stay put when the weather gets to be unbearable. Ice storms probably confuse them and your ice storm is not a great thing for man nor beast.

Oh my goodness, beautiful and I hope you keep your electricity.

We got ice and snow but not ice like you did on your end of Tennessee. Stay warm!

It's so beautiful but that poor little squirrel looks like it's shivering.

...and we had the midges out today!

Beautiful, beautiful photos. That's about all an ice storm is good for...lovely photos. The bird feeders look like a chandelier.

You must be south of the 40. That ice... pretty, but it wreaks havoc on the tree. Stay warm!

Your feeders look so pretty like that! Hope you're safe and warm, though....that's a lot of snow and ice for TN!

Wonderful icy pictures and the squirrel looks so cute. I did not know you have snow and ice in Tennessee too.

Brrrr! But they are still around, as evidenced by those prints in the snow. :-)

The pictures are beautiful but that ice! We rarely get a beautiful snow. This time we got sleet and freezing rain. I prefer soft snow too. You always have a beautiful post, not matter what.
