Almost There !

I've made my way through the snow-covered British Isles, and will soon be embarking on the last leg of my journey.
Destination Torosay Castle, on the Isle of Mull, off the Scottish Headlands, as guest of Mr. Toast's 2nd Annual Christmas Tea Party.

It's going to be a magical time, hope to see you all there !

There is nothing in the world,
More beautiful than the forest
Clothed to its very hollows in snow.
It is the still ecstasy of nature,
Wherein every spray,
Every blade of grass,
Every spire of reed,
Every intricacy of twig, is clad with radiance.

Makes me wish The Bennie was still deer hunting so I could go and sit with him in the silence.

Sounds so nice and looks so nice! I love the sparkle on the new snow in and on the trees.

Have a great time!

JO, seriously, your pictures continue to get more lovely each time I stop by.

Can you put a cup of tea on for me?

Beautiful blog look, Jo... Love your snow... AND--the picture is gorgeous... I was hoping we might get some snow here --but looks like it will all be east of us... Who knows though????

Have a nice weekend.
Hugs,
Betsy

We don't have scenery like that here. I'm sure in the mountains of California I might find this, but not here in the "dessert".

A dusting of snow here this morning! The photo is just like it looks, with fewer trees lining our driveway.

Hugs!
