A Visit With The Bunny

Here comes Peter Cottontail,
Hoppin' down the bunny trail.......

ALL I EVER NEEDED TO KNOW ABOUT LIFE I LEARNED FROM THE EASTER BUNNY
Don’t put all of your eggs in one basket.
Walk softly and carry a big carrot.
Everyone needs a friend who is all ears.
There’s no such thing as too much candy.
All work and no play can make you a basket case.
A cute little tail attracts a lot of attention.
Everyone is entitled to a bad hare day.
Let happy thoughts multiply like rabbits.
Some body parts should be floppy.
Keep your paws off other people’s jellybeans.
Good things come in small sugar-coated packages.
The grass is always greener in someone else’s basket.
An Easter bonnet can tame even the wildest hare.
To show your true colors – you have to come out of your shell.
The best things in life are still sweet and gooey.

Happy spring.

maggie's garden: Thank you for your lovely comment, it sort of sums up life's rules I think.
Happy spring to you also !

Unfortunately, I had this post in draft, and then posted. I was left several nice comments which appear to have vanished.
I apologise, not sure what the computer gremlin's are up to.

What delightful Easter decorations and your new header is simply lovely.
Lots of good lessons to learn from the Easter Bunny too!

Another gentle and very nourishing post. I always feel like I've been sitting next to a quiet stream in a gentle breeze when I read your posts. And Easter is just around the corner.

I love the bunnies and the jug and the birds in the nest. Oh joyful time of the year. Is that wallpaper I see on the wall behind? If so, I like that too. I also noticed the picture. Is that your daughter? so many things in that picture to make you happy. Wonderful.
Blessings, Star

Sunny: yes, lots of good life pointers from the Easter bunny ;)

DJan: Such sweet comments, thank you...
Yes ! just around the corner !

Sandra: Glad you enjoyed.

Deb: I have LOTS of bunnies all around the house, I will show them one day.

Snapper II: I love anything with rabbits, just goes back to my childhood days, and raising rabbits.

Star: Glad you liked them. Yes, That's wallpaper, albeit old wallpaper. I need a change, but never seem at ease when I start changing things, so stick with what I have already.
The picture is of my granddaughter, she's a senior in high school, to say I'm a proud nanny is an understatement ;)

That Easter Bunny is so smart! Loved this post Jo. I've had problems with posts too, specially predating ones that are supposed to pop up later but were published immediately.

I just love this! I enjoyed looking at the old homes on your blog. So much fun! Come join me one Tuesday for Tea Time Tuesday. I see so many lovely pictures of Afternoon Tea! Scones, clotted cream! I had a lovely time looking at the photos on your sidebar.
